 The Upstate SC Chapter was started in 2011 when a small group of payroll professionals decided it was time to provide continuing education and networking opportunities for payroll and human resources professionals in the Upstate area. So find out what we are all about. Feel free to browse our website and/or join us for a monthly meeting. We welcome anyone in the Upstate; Anderson, Greenville, Laurens, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg, Laurens and surrounding Counties.
